Wild Thyme - Zaatar Herb 2.5 lb

This is same wild thyme ingredient in our zaatar blends but on it's own.  It is ground to coarse size, a mid point between very fine and tea leaf grind sizes.

This is true wild thyme and grown from seeds of actual wild zaatar found on the mountains of southern Lebanon and offers strong and sharp flavor due to its high essential thymol oil content.
