This is the best zaatar in freshness and taste. The sumac proportion is balanced. When you open the bag, you smell thyme, not sumac, which is what I’ve been searching for. We’ve tried both with and without sesame and they are both delicious. Most thankful that a no-sesame option is available. Quality product.

I have a sesame allergy and I cannot eat most Zaatar, but I really like it. I have eaten this with Cedar's Labne on English muffins and asiago bagels. It's delicious on both.
