As a Lebanese - American, I’ve eaten a lot of Zaatar... I find this is the freshest and best!

We used your Classic Blend zaatar on dough and olive oil and oven baked for approximately 3-4 minutes. The result was very close to the freshly baked manaesh available in Lebanon years ago. Very pleasant result.
Really yummy with some pita or labneh!
